The Village is built on relationships, trust, and emotional security.
Children are grouped into Littles (6 weeks–30 months) and Middles (30–48 months), with familiar caregivers staying with their rooms as the children grow and develop. This consistency allows children to build deep, lasting bonds with the people who care for them every day.When older children transition to the Middles, the collaborative spirit of our open main floor helps ease those changes. Caregivers work together across rooms to create a community where every child feels known, supported, and safe.

The Littles Program welcomes up to eight children, ages 6 weeks to 30 months, cared for by consistent, familiar caregivers. We focus on building strong relationships and creating a safe, responsive environment where each child can grow at their own pace.
When children are ready to move to the Middles room, familiar caregivers and shared routines help ease the transition. Continuity of care remains central to our approach, even as children move between spaces.

Our Middles Program serves up to ten children, primarily welcoming those who move up from our Littles room. Additional spaces are offered to new families as they become available.
When children reach 36 months, families can choose to transition to our Wildflowers program or remain in Middles until 48 months, completing their time in The Village. Throughout this stage, children are surrounded by familiar caregivers, known routines, and a connected community that supports smooth, confident transitions.
Wildflowers

Wildflowers, our Un-Preschool, offers nineteen spaces in a year-round, full-day program. Designed for children ready for deeper exploration, Wildflowers nurtures inquiry, independence, and real-world connection.
Spaces are first offered to children growing out of The Village, with additional enrollment open as available. Rather than following a set curriculum, Wildflowers is built around the children's own questions, discoveries, and projects—trusting their ability to think deeply, create meaning, and shape their own learning journey.
